Tranquil Mind is a gentle, accessible meditation practice that makes finding peace of mind easier and more enjoyable than you might think. As an organization of all non-paid volunteers, our goal is to make the teachings of the Buddha accessable. We come from all ages and walks of life, and find common ground in meditation the earliest teachings of the Buddha. We're a non-profit based in California, with guides living all over the United States.
